CM&B Headquarters

At Zana Architecture, we pride ourselves on creating spaces that are not only functional but also inspire collaboration and community. The renovation of the new CM&B Headquarters Office in Beverly, MA, a design-build project, is a testament to this commitment.

A Vision Realized

Elsiana was part of a team, entrusted by CM&B leadership with the task of transforming approximately 15,000 square feet of a two-story office building into a vibrant, modern workspace. This renovation was more than just a facelift; it was about creating an environment that fosters innovation, teamwork, and well-being.

Bringing Light and Life into the Workspace

One of the standout features of the new CM&B Headquarters is the use of floor-to-ceiling glass in the modern offices. This design choice floods the building with natural light, ensuring that even the central areas are bright and welcoming. This not only reduces the need for artificial lighting but also creates a more pleasant and productive atmosphere for the team.

Spaces for Collaboration and Growth

The office space includes large gathering and training areas, designed to be multifunctional and adaptable to various needs. These spaces are ideal for hosting team meetings, training sessions, and casual conversations, promoting a culture of continuous learning and collaboration. The design embodies the philosophy of “People. Building. Areas,” facilitating natural interactions and the sharing of ideas.

A Focus on Employee Well-being

Understanding the importance of work-life balance, the new headquarters also features a full gym and a kitchen/cafeteria. These amenities provide employees with convenient options for maintaining a healthy lifestyle and enjoying nutritious meals, further enhancing their overall work experience.

Collaborative Efforts

The success of this project is a result of the collaborative efforts between CM&B and our team. We worked closely with CM&B, who also served as the contractor, to ensure the project was executed flawlessly. Additionally, we partnered with graphic design consultant Seth Londergan, whose expertise added a visually cohesive and appealing element to the space.

Conclusion

The new CM&B Headquarters in Beverly, MA, is more than just an office; it's a space where innovation meets collaboration, and employee well-being is prioritized. We are proud to have been a part of this transformative project and look forward to continuing to create inspiring spaces that cater to the needs of modern businesses.
